According to Hitwise UK, McDonalds Fantasy Football was the most visited Euro 2008 fantasy football site last week. The website was #2 in the Sports - Fantasy category, ahead of other popular Euro 2008 fantasy football offerings, including these from free newspaper Metro, The Telegraph and Yahoo!. One in five downstream visits from the Euro 2008 UEFA site was to McDonalds Fantasy Football.

The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from Major League Baseball and its players association, leaving intact a ruling that lets a fantasy sports company use players’ names and statistics without paying licensing fees.

Congratulations to Zoran Furlan of Croatia who has added the You The Manager 2007/08 crown to his increasing list of fantasy football successes.
Zoran pocketed an incredible £100,000 for the win to take his career earnings from fantasy sports through the £200,000 barrier.

As spring finally arrives in the UK and the smell of freshly cut grass permeates it’s time to turn our attention to Fantasy Cricket!
For those of you not in the know Cricket is a statistically rich sport that lends itself very well to a fantasy game much like Baseball does.
